Dr. Esuna Dugarova - Specialist and Policy Advisor to UNDP
Dr. Esuna Dugarova is a policy advisor with expertise in integrating inclusive and equitable perspectives in policies, programs, and strategies. With almost 15 years of experience, she has provided policy advice to over 100 UN country offices, consulted for the World Bank, and assessed socio-economic proposals for the European Union. As a Visiting Professor at Columbia University, she conducts research on power, agency, and identity in Eurasia. She is also the Founder of Buryat Global Academy.
