Chenyang Lu, the Fullgraf Professor of Computer Science & Engineering at the McKelvey School of Engineering, and director of the AI for Health Institute at Washington University (AIHealth), will join the WashU Healthcare Network for a panel discussion on the applications and future of the intersections of AI in healthcare. AIHealth, launched at WashU in October 2023, will bring together AI researchers and clinical investigators to forge new paths to solve complex health problems with advanced data-driven tools.
The new institute will collaborate with the Institute for Informatics, Data Science, and Biostatistics (I2DB) at the School of Medicine. Professor Lu will briefly discuss the institute, followed by a moderated conversation on working in this cutting-edge area of healthcare.
