She was former Chairman of Louis Vuitton-Moet Hennessy (LVMH) USA, and also previously Managing Director at The Carlyle Group ($75 billion in assets under management) where she headed up their Consumer & Retail practice. While at Carlyle, she invested in and served on the boards of European sportswear brand Moncler and American beauty brand Philosophy. She is a board member of Neiman Marcus Group and faculty at Columbia Business School.
