These are all spendable momos that you can use to RSVP for events and redeem tickets to events. However, they are still separate from your earned momos which will accord you different benefits (much like how you have different airline statuses for earned miles which are separate from purchased miles - which you can spend).
Above all the intent behind the momo point system is to encourage and reward great community behavior - whether it is showing up when you have committed to an event, or hosting events for the community :) So really you never need to purchase any momos if you are contributing positively to the community!
