Hey everyone!
We’re hosting a free yoga sculpt class this week!
When: Saturday, August 17th,
Where: Central Park (Close by Summerhouse at Dene)
Time: 11AM - 12:15PM
Here’s what you need to know:
* The class will be an hour. We leave about 15min at the beginning for people to arrive.
* It is a moderate/high intensity workout combined with yoga asanas.
Bring with you:
* A yoga mat, towel or blanket
* Plenty of water
* 1LB / 2LB weight (totally optional - body weight is just as effective)
