Yoga Sculpt In The Park - Saturday 7/6 @ 11AM

Hey Y’all!

Excited to host another yoga sculpt in the park!

We’re going to meet at Sheep’s Meadow in Central Park - I’ll send a photo of the exact location on Saturday!

Here’s what you need to know/ bring:

* Please plan to arrive at 11AM.
* We’ll start class at 11h15. The class will be an hour.
* It’s usually in a heated studio so prepare to get sweaty.
* It is a moderate/high intensity workout combined with a yoga flow.

Bring with you:
* A yoga mat
* Towel
* Plenty of water
* 1LB / 2LB weight (totally optional - body weight is just as effective)
