Currently Founder of Inherent Journey: supporting women through critical moments of their work/life journeys. Previously scaled a computer vision start-up and built a global strategy and operations teams which attracted top tech talent from the Bay Area, New York and London to work for the Singapore Government. I also built the Singapore Global Network which reached out to the Southeast Asian tech diaspora, building new programs to make it easier for them to return to the region for tech. I've been an executive coach for 8 years now, helping hundreds of professionals and founders in US and Asia navigate career and life transitions. I’ve also been trained in spiritual direction and trauma care.
